Introducing Our New Clinical Director, Tiffany Buss

There are many inevitable qualities of life, one of those being change. Mountain Midwifery Center has been blessed with many wonderful midwives over the years. We are thankful for the hard work and dedication from all but we are especially grateful for all Aubre has done for our MMC families and the Colorado birth center community at large. It is with the most profound and sincere gratitude we share this with you…

Dear MMC Families,
It is with a bittersweet heart that I share this news with all of you; I will be leaving MMC this September. This decision has been long thought and involved a lot of consultation with my family, colleagues and friends. I have proudly been serving MMC families for 11 years and have been blessed and honored to be allowed to care for them. In a sense, MMC is my home and it will always hold a special place in my heart. However, as in life, it is often necessary at some point to leave home in order to continue with growth. As I move forward, I will always carry my time at MMC with me and as a part of me. I wish all of my MMC family; staff and clients, the best and look forward to their continued growth.

Although I am sad to see my friend and colleague leave, I am excited to step in as the new Clinical Director of MMC. Aubre has left very large shoes to fill, but I look forward to the great opportunities and challenges of this new role. MMC has been recognized many times over for the great care and outcomes we have achieved. My sincere hope is that MMC will continue to be a leader in the birth community. Thanks to the dedication and amazing efforts by many, including Aubre, the Colorado Birth Center Regulations have been changed and there are many exciting possibilities on the horizon for MMC. We have a wonderful team at MMC and we are excited to be on this journey with each and every family we have the privilege to care for.
