• There is NO waitlist for FULL classes. Please choose another date.
• Payment is due upon registration.
• Parents with CHP+ or Medicaid please call for registration instructions.
• Getting childcare prior to a class is required as the attention of all those who attend need to be focused and not distracted.

Upcoming Workshops for Families

The 7 Most Important Sleep Tips for Your Child by Sarah Ambrose, CSC

1 hour workshop
Thursday, July 21st, 6:30-7:30pm

Do you have questions about your child’s sleep?  Is your child – and yourself – not getting enough shut-eye? Is this leaving you feeling exhausted, stressed, irritable, and depressed? Come get some straight answers about your child’s sleep! As a Certified Sleep Consultant, I work with families whose newborns, babies, or toddlers aren’t sleeping well! If your child will only fall asleep while nursing or bottle feeding, needs a pacifier to fall asleep, needs continuous rocking or bouncing to fall asleep, is up one or more times per night, then this class is for you!  Come learn about how much sleep our little ones actually need, how many naps they should be taking, and how to teach our little ones to develop their own self-soothing strategies – without ever letting them “cry-it-out”! My techniques allow you to support and encourage your child along their journey to becoming better sleepers. And when our kiddos sleep, we get to sleep! This allows us to be the best mothers, wives, and individuals that we can be!

Children & babies are more than welcome in class!

Free, held monthly on the 4th Tuesday from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • No Group on Tuesday, July 26

Put away the parenting books, who has time to read those things anyway?  And take a break from late night Google searches in hopes to find that you aren’t the only one whose baby wakes every time you put her down, or cries every night from 6pm-9pm (don’t worry, you’re not alone).  The struggle is REAL.  Becoming a mom for the first time is a huge transition and full of questions, anxiety, isolation, and sadness.  Mommy-hood is not always glamorous and sometimes caring for a baby doesn’t turn out to be like all those filtered Instagram posts. Instead, come join other new moms for real conversations about mommy-hood in the 4th trimester through the first year, as we engage in building a face to face community with each other and offer up support. Stretch pants required. The group is led by Brittni Fudge, MA, LPCC, who owns Kindred Counseling, PLLC and offers therapy for moms in Denver. You can learn more about Brittni on her website or Facebook page. Email Brittni to RSVP.
