Directions
We are in the Plaza De Medicos office building, 1 block from Swedish Medical Center. The building is of a Spanish style and faces South. It is visible from Hwy 285, behind a defunct, soon-to-be-razed 1-story building. Our parking lot is the first left off Clarkson, going North from Hwy 285.
From Santa Fe Blvd, we are 1.3 miles East on 285 (Exit labeled Hwy 285 Hampden North).
From I-25, we are 3.3 miles West on 285 (Exit labeled Hwy 285 Hampden South).
CONSTRUCTION WARNING - Construction on Hwy 285 on the East side of Santa Fe Blvd often has traffic reduced to one lane for East bound traffic. If coming from I-70 area, choose 6th Ave. If using Hwy 285, please allow an extra 5 to 10 minutes.
Appointments - visit us in Suite 300 - 2nd floor on the East side of the atrium. Easiest access from South-side parking lot or Clarkson Street.
Orientations & Education Classes - visit us in Suite 500 (The Midwife's Garden) - 1st floor on the East side of the atrium directly below our office. Easiest access from South-side parking lot.
Births - visit us in Suite 400 - 2nd floor on the West side of the atrium. To avoid stairs, one can enter the 2nd floor directly from a gate on Clarkson Street.

Interested in volunteering or shadowing at MMC?
Please feel free to come to one of the orientations listed on the front page of our website and introduce yourself to the midwife hosting it. However, because the birth center has a home-like atmosphere, having additional people or students on-hand takes a lot of up-front work... client-permission and familiarity being the most time-consuming. As we are already involved in formal training of student nurse-midwives, adding people on their personal time is not currently feasible. If you're interested, you can join our doula training program.
